Data we collect

• Identification and contact: name, email, phone.
• Billing and shipping address (and tax ID if you request an invoice).
• Order and purchase history.
• Optional analytics, only with your consent.

We do not store card numbers: payments are handled directly by Stripe.

Purpose & legal basis

• Process and ship your orders — performance of the contract.
• Issue invoices and meet tax obligations — legal obligation.
• Send the newsletter — your consent.
• Analytics to improve the store — your consent.

Retention

We keep your data while you remain a customer and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally up to 6 years for invoicing).

Recipients

We share data only with providers needed to operate the store, acting as data processors: Stripe (payments, PCI-DSS), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting) and Neon (database). Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing contacto@larocaboxingclub.com.

You may also withdraw your consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
