These terms govern the use of the La Roca Boxing Club online store. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders & prices

Prices are shown in euros and include 21% VAT. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of stock or pricing errors. The order is confirmed once payment is completed and we send a confirmation email.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted methods include card and Bizum, among others shown at checkout. We never store your card details.

Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving any reason, under Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007). To do so, email us; the cost of return shipping is on the customer unless the item is defective. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Legal guarantee

All products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity for new goods established by Spanish law.

Dispute resolution

Under EU law, you can access the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of the consumer's domicile.
